TixDesk pricing, built on your requirements
No fixed packages that charge you for what you do not use. We price on your team size, modules and deployment, and itemize every line so you know the full cost before deciding.
What determines the price
Number of agents
Usually the strongest driver: the people who actually work tickets.
Users & requesters
Portal users matter depending on the deployment model.
Branches & locations
Location hierarchy, per-branch reports, sometimes different SLAs.
Modules
Core ticketing and SLA, plus catalog, ITSM, assets, contracts, field service or AI as needed.
Integrations
AD, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp, ERP, HR, monitoring. Some ready, some project work.
Deployment
Cloud includes operations; private cloud is dedicated; on-premise runs on your infrastructure.
Customization
Forms, workflows, reports and screens beyond configuration.
Support
Coverage hours and response times you need from us.
Define your initial scope
Pick what fits and we will pre-fill your quote request. This defines scope, not price.

Pricing questions
Why no fixed prices on the website?
Because a 10-agent team with one branch and a 100-agent organization with 20 branches on-premise have very different needs. A fixed price would either charge you for what you do not need or hide costs that appear later.
What does the quote include?
License or subscription, modules, hosting, setup, data migration, integrations, customization, training, support level and timeline.
Is it priced per agent?
Usually the main driver is the number of agents working tickets; users and branches matter depending on the deployment.
Are there recurring costs?
Depending on the model: subscription or annual support, and SMS/WhatsApp messaging. All listed in the quote.
Can we start small?
Yes, with a few agents and modules, adding more later.
